PAFLA, in partnership with Google, has launched Batch 2 of a comprehensive Soft Skills Program aimed at empowering students and professionals across Pakistan who face challenges in securing jobs due to a lack of essential soft skills.
Our goal with this program is to equip individuals with the necessary soft skills that enhance employability, foster career advancement, and contribute to overall success in today’s competitive job market. Strong soft skills not only improve client relationships but also boost productivity, foster better teamwork, cultivate effective leadership, and enhance adaptability in various professional settings. Numerous studies and anecdotal evidence suggest that individuals with strong soft skills perform better in interviews compared to those without them.
